For Pilates, a mat and maybe a block, water to drink during the session- hydration is essential to keep our muscles functioning optimally.
For Breathwork sessions you may use a comfortable up-right chair, Yoga cushion or be seated or lying on the floor, I will guide you to whichever is best.
For in-person Pilates & Yoga classes I provide all small equipment that we use, though many people do like to bring their own block.
For online classes you will need a range of small equipment such as long bands, loop bands, small weights etc please ask for more details or recommendations.
We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Pilates & Yoga are typically done in bare feet or grip socks.
Pilates & Yoga are done on the floor using just your bodyweight, small equipment classes use small equipment to add resistance and support to your movements.
