Pilates for Seniors

Pilates is a low-impact exercise that can be a great way for seniors to stay active and improve their overall health and well-being. I have experience working with seniors and can help you modify exercises to meet your specific needs.    

I have many clients well into their 50s, 60s and 70s who are more flexible, stronger, have more energy and generally fitter than they were over a decade ago.... thanks to my pilates sessions!

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving posture, and increasing flexibility. It involves a series of controlled movements that challenge the body while also promoting relaxation and mindfulness. Classes

I offer mat Pilates classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced and use a variety of small equipment such as long and loop bands, weights ,blocks, balls, rings and even chairs for a stability based barre type class. I guide you through each class, ensuring that you get the most out of your workout. Whether you prefer in-person or online I have a class that suits you.
